How We Keep Learners Safe

We support learner safety by:

  • Responding appropriately to risks or incidents
  • Providing support where needed
  • Promoting a culture of respect and inclusion

Our staff are expected to act responsibly and professionally at all times to help protect learners and maintain a safe environment.

Reporting Concerns

If a learner is at risk, feels unsafe, or experiences any form of abuse, discrimination, neglect, or inappropriate behaviour, concerns should be reported immediately.

All safeguarding concerns are:

  • Taken seriously
  • Handled confidentially where appropriate
  • Managed professionally and sensitively
  • Reported following safeguarding procedures

We encourage learners and staff to speak openly if they are worried about someone’s safety or wellbeing.

Supporting Vulnerable Learners
